Syniti & Deloitte Announce to Help Clients’ SAP Transformations

Syniti and Deloitte today announced a strategic alliance agreement between the two companies.

Boston, MA – November 17, 2020 – Syniti, a leading Enterprise Data Solution provider, and Deloitte today announced a strategic alliance agreement between the two companies. The alliance agreement includes Deloitte’s global consulting services and Syniti’s best-in-class software that will help clients solve complex data challenges and accelerate their SAP S/4HANA® transformations into intelligent digital enterprises around the world.

Under the new agreement, Deloitte will use Syniti’s purpose-built software, the Syniti Knowledge Platform™, alongside D-DASH, Deloitte’s data migration accelerator, to provide clients a richer solution.

According to the IDC white paper, “The Business Value of SAP Advanced Data Migration by Syniti,” sponsored by Syniti and SAP, customers using SAP Advanced Data Migration by Syniti — a foundation for the Syniti Knowledge Platform — experienced significant business values, such as:

  • A 303 percent three-year return on investment with an average eight-month payback on investment
  • 46 percent faster completion of data migration projects
  • 96 percent reduction of unplanned downtime

“Data is the heartbeat of a digital economy, and the quality of data has a major impact on expected business results,” said Jan Waals, global SAP chief commercial officer, and principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP. “Ensuring data quality and aligning it to business practices during a transformation is critical. As part of the Syniti alliance, Deloitte practitioners are being trained and certified by Syniti professionals. There is a Syniti environment already operational and running on top of Deloitte’s D-DASH asset, proving a coherent combination for our clients. This combination compliments each other and will therefore enhance the end-to-end data migration journey for SAP S/4HANA implementations.”

Deloitte and Syniti will focus on assisting companies with improving their strategic position, including using data to improve their competitive advantage, bring new offers to market faster, optimize savings and cash flow, execute mergers, acquisitions or divestitures, and take advantage of powerful new platforms like accelerating deployments of SAP S/4HANA.

Kevin Campbell, CEO, Syniti, said, “This alliance combines our best-in-class software with Deloitte’s experience and reach, which strengthens our value in the marketplace by increasing our ability to scale and deliver more value to our clients. For more than 24 years, Syniti has solved client’s data challenges with our robust innovative solutions and we are excited to collaborate with Deloitte to continue to deliver value for clients who are embarking on complex transformations.”

Syniti Knowledge PlatformTM is the premiere software offering of Syniti and is the industry’s first knowledge-based cloud solution designed to optimize, guide, reuse and unlock knowledge stored within data.
