Kevin Campbell
As CEO, Kevin drives the growth agenda of Syniti with poise and at ease. With a solid track record in driving growth at scale, Kevin joined Syniti as president, global consulting and services April 2018, and was named as CEO in February 2019.
During his 20+ year, 2-term tenure at Accenture, he was Group Chief Executive for Outsourcing and Group Chief Executive Technology where he drove double-digit growth. Kevin was also CO-COO for Bridgewater Associates and COO for Oscar Health based out of New York.
As CEO, Kevin’s leadership remit here is simple: Inspire and empower those around him to deliver on the business’ vision and purpose. He oversees all aspects of our operation while also taking every opportunity to engage with customers, partners, and employees on the ground around the world.
At home and in relaxed mode, Kevin devotes himself to family life and the resulting bike rides and activities that come with such a commitment. He also coaches his children’s sports teams and can often be found at various sports fields hurling encouragement. This has even been turned in to a group activity when they attend Atlanta United FC as season ticket holders. Go five stripes!
Melanie Payne
A versatile finance and operations executive, Melanie leads our global Finance strategy and operations, driving global consistency and efficiency across the company.
Melanie joined Syniti with an impressive background from Dell and Accenture. During her tenure, she successfully led global enterprise-scale process and systems integrations. She leads by example in fostering a customer-centric culture among Finance professionals inside and outside of the company.
An expert in transformation, Melanie is in charge of accelerating Syniti into its next phase of growth. She brings industry best practices, simplicity, scale and customer focus across the company’s regional and global operations.
Fascinated with global cultures and cuisine, Melanie is a world traveler. When such travel includes warm climates and exotic waters, she also indulges in her other passion: scuba diving. She is an advocate for creating inclusive environments particularly along the learning spectrum at work and in her community.
Gordon Lam
As president and CRO, Gordon leads Syniti’s global sales, value engineering, marketing, alliances, and customer success operations. He is responsible for planning and executing a global strategy to drive the company’s software-led services growth in collaboration with regional sales leaders, coordinating major system integrator alliances, and ensuring the continued success and satisfaction of Syniti’s long-term client relationships.
Gordon joined Syniti in 2019 to lead the company’s APJ region, where he won multiple awards for leadership and innovation. A seasoned sales, marketing, and driving growth leader, he’s held various leadership roles at Fortune500 companies such as Microsoft, SAP, and NetApp.
Gordon has lived in multiple countries: Hong Kong, Australia, US, and currently resides in Singapore. He loves spending time outdoors, and his hobbies include rock climbing, cycling, and skiing in the colder seasons. He is a technologist at heart and loves to pursue his passions both professionally and in his spare time.
Ryan Rodenburg
As president and CDO, Ryan oversees Syniti’s global professional services organization, as well as its centers of excellence and global delivery centers. He joined Syniti from DMR, Inc., a data management services company he founded and served as CEO until its merger with Syniti in 2021.
In his role, Ryan helps drive world class consulting solutions across all regions for every Syniti client. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and SAP talent management to the position with a keen focus on driving a talent-first culture and building high-performance teams.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys the lake and boating with his wife and 3 children, travel, competitive BBQ, and the KC Chiefs.
Ian Hill
As the Chief Transformation Officer, Ian is uniquely positioned to drive the global transformation of our functions to ensure excellence, consistency, and agility across the organization. He will bring the vision of the global organization to life with regional execution and a focus on serving our customers and growing our people.
Ian also oversees our global Education Services to accelerate learning for our consultants, customers, and alliance partners. With a demonstrated history of success and growth, he is well-positioned to drive positive change and impact globally.
Ian has over 20 years of experience across data-centric information technology industries. Prior to joining Syniti, Ian served in various leadership consulting roles of increasing responsibility, with an Information Management focus. He was the co-founder of ENTOTA who were the SAP Migration technology Leader in Europe, who was acquired by Syniti in 2014.
Rex Ahlstrom
As our CTO, EVP Innovation & Growth, Rex calls on his 30+ years’ experience in the technology space to help shape our product strategy.
Having earned a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from John Hopkins University and Bachelor from Drexel University, Rex’s early career involved a number of senior leadership positions inside the Fortune 500 – including SAP, Westinghouse, and Orbital (DSI). Rex founded SOALogix, an SOA integration platform startup which was subsequently acquired by SAP in 2009. He is committed to promoting innovation as a key business differentiator.
Rex’s role at Syniti sees him responsible for crafting the company’s product strategy and development roadmap, as well as helping drive customer adoption of our technology. In addition, he also takes the lead on analyst and partner engagement to encourage constant discussion on the power of business data. Rex is also a respected speaker, and experienced global lecturer.
Outside of work Rex is an avid skier, biker, runner, yoga junkie, and boating. In addition there’s his extended family and children to keep him busy, as well as volunteer work and charity fund raising – to help a number of causes including research into cancer, cystic fibrosis, and multiple sclerosis.
Suzanne Barth
Veteran Human Resource (HR) executive Suzanne Barth joined Syniti in April of 2020 as the new Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief People Officer. Barth works closely with CEO Kevin Campbell and Syniti’s senior leadership team on all aspects of the company’s talent management transformation and growth across its global operations in North America, Asia, and Europe. She was most recently EVP and Chief HR Officer at GTY, a Boston-based vertical SaaS/Cloud solution provider.
Prior to GTY, Suzanne served as Chief HR Leader at Draper where she built the HR division from the ground up, enhancing compensation, benefits, talent recruitment and development. During her 20-year tenure at Accenture, Suzanne held several global senior HR positions, providing a broad range of HR strategies and solutions across the organization.
Janet Mesrobian
Janet joined Syniti in May of 2020 where she oversees global legal and compliance strategy, execution, and operations. Janet brings broad public and private company experience to Syniti, partnering with senior leadership across the organization to achieve business results, while mitigating risk.
An experienced industry leader, Janet has more than twenty years of technology-related legal experience, including roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Pegasystems. Janet has significant experience in transactional, corporate, employment law, M&A, public company and securities law, compliance, litigation and dispute resolution, and other legal matters on a worldwide basis.
Prior to joining Syniti, Janet served as Deputy General Counsel at Pegasystems, a publicly traded software company, where she led a global legal team. Key contributions include organizational expansion and strategic leadership, including the establishment of entities and legal operations in Europe, the Asia Pacific region, and India, in support of high growth.
Janet received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she now serves on the Alumni Board of Directors; and her B.A. in Fine Arts and English from Tufts University.
When she is not working, Janet enjoys spending time on Martha’s Vineyard with her family and friends, especially out at Norton Point; and immersing herself in world travel and foreign cultures.
Michelle Bissonnette
As vice president of marketing at Syniti, Michelle is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s go-to-market activities. A keen proponent of agile marketing and data-driven decision making, she leads a global team of marketers focused on generating demand and pipeline for Syniti solutions.
Michelle has more than 25 years of experience in technology marketing. Prior to joining Syniti in 2019, she spent her career at IBM in various marketing leadership positions across multiple industries and product lines, consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. While there, she created North America’s event practice where she led 100+ marketers who executed 1,200 events that drove $4B in pipeline annually across the entire portfolio. She was fortunate to be involved in many key transformational projects, including the selection and global implementation of IBM’s marketing automation tool and has been the recipient of numerous awards for outstanding leadership, employee engagement and driving pipeline growth.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time “off the grid” in Vermont with her husband and son.
