Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Campbell

As CEO, Kevin drives the growth agenda of Syniti with poise and at ease. With a solid track record in driving growth at scale, Kevin joined Syniti as president, global consulting and services April 2018, and was named as CEO in February 2019.

During his 20+ year, 2-term tenure at Accenture, he was Group Chief Executive for Outsourcing and Group Chief Executive Technology where he drove double-digit growth. Kevin was also CO-COO for Bridgewater Associates and COO for Oscar Health based out of New York.

As CEO, Kevin’s leadership remit here is simple: Inspire and empower those around him to deliver on the business’ vision and purpose. He oversees all aspects of our operation while also taking every opportunity to engage with customers, partners, and employees on the ground around the world.

At home and in relaxed mode, Kevin devotes himself to family life and the resulting bike rides and activities that come with such a commitment. He also coaches his children’s sports teams and can often be found at various sports fields hurling encouragement. This has even been turned in to a group activity when they attend Atlanta United FC as season ticket holders. Go five stripes!

Melanie Payne

A versatile finance and operations executive, Melanie leads our global Finance strategy and operations, driving global consistency and efficiency across the company.

Melanie joined Syniti with an impressive background from Dell and Accenture. During her tenure, she successfully led global enterprise-scale process and systems integrations. She leads by example in fostering a customer-centric culture among Finance professionals inside and outside of the company.

An expert in transformation, Melanie is in charge of accelerating Syniti into its next phase of growth. She brings industry best practices, simplicity, scale and customer focus across the company’s regional and global operations.

Fascinated with global cultures and cuisine, Melanie is a world traveler. When such travel includes warm climates and exotic waters, she also indulges in her other passion: scuba diving. She is an advocate for creating inclusive environments particularly along the learning spectrum at work and in her community.

Ryan Rodenburg

As president and CDO, Ryan oversees Syniti’s global professional services organization, as well as its centers of excellence and global delivery centers. He joined Syniti from DMR, Inc., a data management services company he founded and served as CEO until its merger with Syniti in 2021.

In his role, Ryan helps drive world class consulting solutions across all regions for every Syniti client. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and SAP talent management to the position with a keen focus on driving a talent-first culture and building high-performance teams.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys the lake and boating with his wife and 3 children, travel, competitive BBQ, and the KC Chiefs.

Craig Ayers

As chief people officer, Craig leads Syniti’s global HR function, including talent management, recruiting and employee engagement efforts. In addition, he oversees the company’s Employee Resource Groups, helping sustain and continuously develop Syniti’s  unique and inclusive culture.

Craig comes to Syniti from Journey, a physical and immersive experience design consultancy he co-founded where he served as chief operating officer (COO), chief financial officer (CFO) and board member. While at Journey, he built out operational and financial processes and helped drive the acquisition and integration of businesses aligned with the Journey strategy. Before founding Journey, Craig served as global CFO/COO at renowned design consultancy, frog design, for nearly nine years until the company was acquired by Capgemini in 2021 as part of Capgemini Invent. Prior to frog design, he developed deep roots in finance, operations and HR at Accenture, including a stint as director and country lead in Mauritius.

Javeed Nizami

Syniti’s Chief Technology Officer Javeed Nizami is rcognized for driving innovations and executing strategic vision for mission-critical software for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Syniti, Javeed spent more than 15 years at Siemens in various senior leadership roles where he honed his skills in global team leadership and enterprise product transformations, specifically developing and operating a cloud SaaS platform, and transforming applications to a cloud SaaS model. Javeed holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron, with 13 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences and six granted patents.  Recognized for innovation and research, Javeed has been published in 13 peer reviewed journals and granted seven patents.

Linda Hipol

Experienced Project Manager and SAP expert consultant with 20+ years of Business process experience at all project stages, Linda has successfully led data project initiatives at some of the largest and most complex SAP implementations and upgrades in the world. Utilizing her leadership and execution skills at all project stages, She consistently exceeds expectations and emphasizes the value in developing a partnership that focuses on understanding the true needs of our clients while delivering the highest quality of service.  Linda’s mastery in maintaining valuable relationships and tactically implementing solutions guarantees success on any project driven by her leadership.

Janet Mesrobian

Janet joined Syniti in May of 2020 where she oversees global legal and compliance strategy, execution, and operations. Janet brings broad public and private company experience to Syniti, partnering with senior leadership across the organization to achieve business results, while mitigating risk.

An experienced industry leader, Janet has more than twenty years of technology-related legal experience, including roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Pegasystems. Janet has significant experience in transactional, corporate, employment law, M&A, public company and securities law, compliance, litigation and dispute resolution, and other legal matters on a worldwide basis.

Prior to joining Syniti, Janet served as Deputy General Counsel at Pegasystems, a publicly traded software company, where she led a global legal team. Key contributions include organizational expansion and strategic leadership, including the establishment of entities and legal operations in Europe, the Asia Pacific region, and India, in support of high growth.

Janet received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she now serves on the Alumni Board of Directors; and her B.A. in Fine Arts and English from Tufts University.

When she is not working, Janet enjoys spending time on Martha’s Vineyard with her family and friends, especially out at Norton Point; and immersing herself in world travel and foreign cultures.

Chris Gorton

Chris Gorton is Syniti’s SVP and MD for EMEA.  He has over 23 years’ experience within the IT and data industry including managing P&L and delivering both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability. He has worked in multiple roles across his decade with Syniti and previously as Head of Global Value Engineering where he worked closely with enterprises as they planned their transformation programs.

Ricardo Rosales

Ricardo has been focused on data for 18 years. During this time, he has lead data conversions & governance for global implementations and built a reputation of turning around the hardest/no-win projects. As SVP & Managing Director – Americas, Ricardo is responsible for go to market responsibilities across US, Canada, and LATAM which include sales, alliances, and making sure customers are setup for success.  Ricardo sits on various customer steering committees and serves as an executive sponsor for many of our key clients.

On his free time, you can find Ricardo with his wife Erika and their three girls, Ariana, Brianna, and Amia.  Ricardo enjoys fishing, grilling/hosting dinners, and exploring great places to eat. Anytime you are in Chicago, give Ricardo a call, you have a friend.

Gaj Pasupathy

Gaj Pasupathy embarked on his professional journey fueled by a desire to explore diverse industries and business processes, leading him into the realm of technology and management consulting. Over the past 20 years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience encompassing data management, project management, pre-sales, and application development across businesses of varying scales, from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies.
In his current role as Senior Vice President of Delivery Services (APJ) at Syniti, Gaj plays a pivotal role in driving transformational projects across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. His extensive involvement in migration and governance initiatives has endowed him with a profound understanding of the pivotal role data plays in shaping business outcomes. His deep expertise and hands-on experience position him as a trusted advisor, empowering organizations to harness the full potential of their data assets and embark on transformative journeys.

Gary Chua

With over 25 years of experience in driving growth and leading diverse global teams and the driving force behind Syniti’s operations in the Asia Pacific Japan region, Gary Chua is at the helm of the company’s growth agenda, exemplifying strong leadership and a passion for inspiring and empowering those within the organization. His unwavering dedication is channeled toward realizing Syniti’s overarching vision and purpose: assisting customers in igniting growth and mitigating risk through the delivery of trustworthy data solutions.

Prior to his current role, Gary held pivotal positions that have honed his skills and expertise. Notably, he served as the COO of Asia Pacific Japan at Syniti, demonstrating his deep understanding of the company’s core offerings. He also held the esteemed roles of VP, Head of Strategic Transformation Office at SAP and Regional Director – Program Office at CSC, where he played instrumental roles in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.
