The Core Issue
With over 12,000 employees, a global food manufacturer and distributor initiated a program to address Human Capital Management (HCM) reporting issues and provide the technology foundation necessary for a simplified and globally aligned end-to-end human resources management process. The company was hoping to become more nimble, improve reporting, and deliver a better overall digital experience for employees. To do this, they migrated their HCM data from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors™, a SaaS solution.
